Job Overview:The Customer Service and On-Floor Management Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing Parents phone calls inquires, overseeing on-floor operations, and supporting the successful execution of programs and activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle both customer inquiries and operational tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.• Manage Applicants registration, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.• Oversee on-floor activities and ensure all programs are running smoothly.• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.• Support the Operation Coordinator in managing schedules and logistics.• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:• Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.• Ability to handle and work with kids • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with poise.• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Customer Service oriented Additional Preferred Requirements:• Experience working in educational or recreational centers.• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
