Job Summary:
The Junior Operations Officer supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the school, ensuring smooth internal processes, efficient service delivery, and a safe, well-maintained learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services (School Cafeteria)
• Monitor school transportation logistics, including student bus routes and schedules.
• Assist in managing campus facilities, maintenance schedules, and service providers (e.g., security, cleaning, transportation).
• Assist in health, safety, and security compliance in collaboration with relevant staff.
• Provide operational support during school events, exams, and special programs.
• Maintain operational records, contracts, and reports under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
• Respond to operational issues and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment with school needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Management /Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
