Position Overview:
The HR Specialist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and plays a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes within the school. This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring alignment with the school’s policies and educational standards

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for academic and non-academic staff (job posting, screening, interviews, references).
• Maintain updated job descriptions and coordinate with Heads of Departments to ensure role clarity.
• Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with school policies.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new employees complete all required paperwork.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, and official documentation for staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and share updates with payroll and relevant departments.
• Handle queries related to leave policies and ensure compliance.
• Support in addressing staff concerns, coordinating with the HR Director for investigations or follow-ups.
• Assist with conflict resolution and provide advice in line with school policies.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
• Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring all staff understand and follow them.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and school regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2 experience, preferably in an educational institution.
• Knowledge of labor laws and school HR processes is an advantage.
