    The online registration form must be completed in German or English. Arabic, handwritten and incomplete forms will not be considered.

    All required data of the child and parents should be filled in, otherwise the application will be considered incompleteand will be rejected.

    Das Online-Anmeldeformular ist auf Deutsch oder English auszufüllen. Arabische, handschriftliche und lückenhaft ausgefüllte Formulare werden nicht berücksichtigt.

    Alle erforderlichen Daten des Kindes und der Eltern sollen ausgefüllt werden ansonsten gilt der Antrag als unvollständig und wird abgelehnt.

    Interview

    a) After reviewing your application you will receive a reply with your child’s application number and the date of the interview.

    b) Both parents should be present on the day of the interview.

    c) If the child is sick on the interview day, kindly inform the school via this email and attach the doctor’s diagnosis, in order to re schedule another appointment.

    a) Nachdem Sie das Anmeldeformular ausgefüllt haben, erhalten Sie eine Rückmeldung mit einer Bewerbungsnummer sowie den Termin des Aufnahmegesprächs.

    b) Am Tag des Aufnahmegesprächs sollten beide Eltern anwesend sein.

    c) Wenn das Kind am Tag des Aufnahmegesprächs krank ist, informieren Sie bitte die Schule über diese Email (Email) und fügen Sie die Diagnose des Arztes bei, damit ein neuer Termin vereinbart werden kann.

    The following documents should be submitted to the school on the date of the interview:

    1. A printed version of the registration form you filled online.

    Eine ausgedruckte Version des online ausgefüllten Anmeldeformulars.

    2 .A printed version of the school reply, which includes the child’s registration number.

    Eine ausgedruckte Version der Rückmeldung mit der Bewerbungsnummer.

    3. The proof of payment for the registration fee.

    Der Zahlungsbeleg für die Anmeldegebühr.

    4 .a) For Egyptians: The child’s original birth certificate and 4 identical and recent personal photos
    b) For other nationalities: a copy of the child’s passport (please bring the original on the day of the interview) and 4 identical and recent personal photos

    A good command of the German language is a prerequisite for admission.

    Pupils will have to pass a written exam in German and in math as well as a personal interview in order to be accepted.

    The online registration form must be completed in German or English. Arabic, handwritten and incomplete forms will not be considered.

    All required data of the child and parents should be filled in, otherwise the application will be considered incomplete and will be rejected.

    After reviewing your application, you will receive a reply with your child’s application number and the date of the interview.

    Both parents should be present on the day of the interview. If the child is sick on the interview day, kindly inform the school via this email and attach the doctor’s diagnosis, in order to re schedule another appointment.
