Job Title: Admin Coordinator
Reports to: School Principals
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact for PYP parents, handling inquiries and feedback in a professional and supportive manner.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance records for both students and staff, ensuring timely updates.
• Plan and coordinate all extracurricular activities for PYP students, including scheduling, communication with providers, and event logistics.
• Maintain the reservation system and scheduling for Smartboard rooms.
• Liaise with the Sieger Explorer coordinator to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Supervise and maintain order on the floor during breaks, transitions between classes, and exam periods
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails from parents promptly.
2. PR and Marketing Support
• Promote PYP events, achievements, and student activities through social media, newsletters, and the school website.
• Support open days, school fairs, and other recruitment events by coordinating logistics and engaging with visitors to provide information about the PYP program.
3. Additional Duties
• Support school leadership with special projects, reporting, and data management.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the school.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Previous work experience in the educational sector/ schools.
• Excellent Command of the English Language.
• German Language is a plus.
